Sorry. Been a long time away from SC2 Blogger. Real life problems and such. But that’s going to change. Quickest, quirkiest updates are incoming from the world of Starcraft 2 now that I play tons. Links to all the interesting things in the world of SC2 is the plan.
News has just arrived (that has got us all flustered and ready to write about Sc2 again!) that the Beta for Heart of the Swarm might have been released.
It is stated that friends and family of Blizzard employees and professional gamers will be the first to get the Beta keys. And then later on the rest of the world would be added.
Here’s the info so far from what we have
1. Spanish title video with HOTS units
This video gives an overview of the units in HOTS. The text is in English and there’s no background music.
2. Screenshots of the tempest unit from Protoss and Creep.
Shows a lot of tempest units
3. Video showing the tempest in action
Shows the tempest against phoenixes, against a zealot, stalker and some buildings of the protoss arsenal.
Here are the screenshots copyright baidu.

The French man with the lovely hair - Stephano is to sign up with the Team Evil Geniuses, Slasher reports. He’s been with them forever but to greater heights means greater expenditure. One that millenium cannot seem to cope up with.
From the article,
Millenium eSports Manager Jean-Marc “Bjoran” Gaudin has confirmed with GameSpot that Stephano has declined the team’s offer, and will not be re-signing. Sources close to the situation tell GameSpot that Stephano will sign with Evil Geniuses, which was said to have made the most lucrative offer among the professional teams, with Millenium close behind. One team executive said it’s “pretty much a done deal with Evil Geniuses.
I would say that would be a good deal but I’m also curious about what the rest of Evil Genius’ team is up to. We have IdrA, Machine, inControL with lacklustre performances. They are great guys, don’t get me wrong, but why aren’t they performing? Why did HuK go down in that fashion. Is it an EG curse? or are they spoilt with too much money? Is their practice routine bad? Or are they spending too much time marketing themselves as personalities and not players?
Not many would give up TV to be a pro-gamer. You’d give it up to be a TV host perhaps but rarely do people have the balls to shift. So it’s natural the first person to step it up is a woman.
Han Yi Yang, a popular Chinese host for Gaming, goes on to become the first pro-gamer. StarTale is the team that gets this beauty.
And a test MiSs got and to her ecstasy, she passed. And with that, this she said, “Lots of people told me that I am stupid for giving up my job as a tv hostess to become a computer player, but how often do you get a chance to follow your dream?” said Yiying ”miss” Han, “When I got informed of this test to become a member of StarTale I was really nervous, just to get the opportunity is a dream come true. When I was told I could become a part of StarTale, it was the happiest day of my life, I still can’t believe it! I will do my best every day, in every game. This is my dream come true.”
